Our Nutritional Yeast Powder is primary grown yeast and is produced by natural fermentation – not synthetic or animal source. It is grown on sugar syrup and molasses substrate and the yeast strain is Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It is an inactive food grade nutritional yeast containing B vitamins and dietary fiber, and made up of over 1/3 protein.
Ingredients
Dried yeast, niacin, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid, and cyanocobalamin (B12 produced by natural fermentation- not synthetic or animal source).
